Polisen stoppade mannen i M\u00f6nster\u00e5s kommun d\u00e5 han hade hunnit k\u00f6ra fyra mil.<\/p>\n<p>Bilisten nekade till brott och h\u00e4vdade att han inte druckit alkohol trots att han hade varit p\u00e5 fest sent p\u00e5 natten. Mannen gav sig ut med bilen dagen efter i ett tillst\u00e5nd han sj\u00e4lv tyckte var okej att k\u00f6ra bil. Kontrollen visade dock att promillehalten uppgick till 0,28 promille.
